Papertrey Ink November Blog Hop

Hope everyong had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  Ours was quiet, with just my husband and me, but it was great.  We will have leftovers for a month!  :-)   I did have some time to stamp in between preparations, and was able to create this card for the November PTI Blog Hop.

I pulled the plaid from the gingham pillows, and used the beautiful poinsettia dies with Pure Poppy.  The ribbon and leaves were made with New Leaf.  I added some white pearls with my Viva Pearl Pen (I love it, it's so easy!).  The sentiment is from Verve's Bright Spirits.  Thanks for stopping by, enjoy the rest of the hop!

Beautiful, beautiful card! I had no idea what those Viva pens do. I've seen them in stores but didn't know you could create realistic pearls with them! I need to get one of those!

The red and white gingham is such a fun addition to your card. The poinsettia looks so rich and very dimensional. Lovely interpretation of the inspiration photo.
