MAKE IT MONDAY #239: CUSTOMIZING PATTERNED PAPER

Make it Monday, on Wednesday! I love that we got another challenge this week. It's kept me in the creative mood, after all the fun Anniversary challenges.  I thought of several different directions for Lizzie's challenge, and ended up with smaller polka dots and a set from SAF 2015, Stamped & Stitched.

Just a simple Hello card, with a little zip in the patterned paper.

Thanks for stopping by!

Luanne, this is fantastic! Great colors and I just love your special touches to alter your pattern paper! Love how you did the twine, too! Sweet card!

Love that stamp set, Luanne, and don't use it enough. Always looks so sweet! Perfectly framed sentiment, and darling corners too!

Great card Luanne! Love just the small additions to your background...they really make it stand out, but not take away the focus on the center of the card. Love it!! :0)

So sweet, Luanne! I agree with Marcia that the details on the pattern paper add just enough but don't take away from the sweet stamping on the center panel.
