Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2012

I was so excited to see this set featured for 2012. I made tons of cards with it, and just loved all the possibilities for different color combinations.

I'm heading for vacation in the morning and visiting my sister-in-law who is an avid  reader. So I will be taking this quick little book mark to her. I know she'll love it! Wish I had time to play more, but I'm off to finish packing!

Happy Stamping!

Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2011

I've got a baby card today, using Dawn's Background Basic set. I've also used her Boutique Borders set, and her Tucked In set is stamped on the inside!

Thank you Dawn for all your inspiration and wonderful designs. Today I'm celebrating you!

Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2010

Thank How fun to revisit A Wreath for All Seasons! I've now made my first Christmas card for 2017! I chose this beautiful card from Dawn for Inspiration. She always puts together amazing colors for her creations.

I chose more traditional colors, and used some of my new papers and ribbon from the January sale......

Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2009

I don't own any of the featured sets today, but always loved the "On my Couch" set.  I decided to use those cards as my springboard for today's card.  I went and looked at the 2009 sets, and found one of my favorites, Vintage Picnic!  I thought it was so innovative, and asked for it for Christmas that year.  I was delighted to receive it from my kids.  It was so fun to pull out and ink up again!

I added ribbon and remembered how you never made a card without it back then!  I especially love to use ribbon when I don't have to mail the card.  This is going to a coworker next week, so I don't have to worry about postage for bulk.

Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2008

No one does flowers better than Papertrey Ink, and Floral Frenzy is no exception! Nicole's beautiful color combination of Royal Velvet, Hibiscus Burst and Simply Chartreuse make for a gorgeous card.

I chose to work with the colors and use Daydreamer Flowers for my card.  I left off the stitching and added a scalloped edge with some printed vellum tucked in.

Who thinks of stamping flowers upside down? The creative designers of course!

Celebrating the Past, Present and Future: 2007

Wish I had Spiral Bouquet! What a cool set. I love what Dawn does with her Zig markers, and although I only have 12, I wanted to use her card for my inspiration.  I've used two of her stamp sets, Floral Sketches and Watercooler Talk, to create a card for a coworker that is off to a new job next week.

I love all my new papers!!  And I am expecting some more....yikes! It was like Christmas in January when I opened that first package, and I've e been enjoying trying them all out.  This week's Make it Monday was no exception...

I used my Frilly Flowers dies. I had to hunt them down, and once I blew off the dust, this card happened quickly!

Colors are Spring Moss, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise and melon Berry. They are in a piece of Soft Stone gingham.
